Our Story

Combat Infantrymen’s Association, Inc. (CIA) is a Non-Profit Organization established in 1985 by a group of WWII Veterans in Asheville, NC to provide essential resources and support to Combat Infantry Badge (CIB) Veterans and their families.

A CIBA unit was soon formed in Fort Myers and quickly became the most active in the nation. It is now the Headquarters for Division 2.

This Chapter makes donations and awards to such organizations as the Golisano Children’s Hospital and Law Enforcement agencies, among others. Scholarships are awarded annually to local high school ROTC students.

Effective on March 1, 2024, All Veterans Memorial, Inc. is an outgrowth of the CIA and was created as the official organization for the All Veterans Memorial project.

The All Veterans Memorial committee is made up of veterans and families.
